Directions
Take 2 capsules of the MultiMineral Sea Moss Supplement with an 8oz glass of water and a meal or as directed by your doctor. Please do not take more than 2 capsules per day. If you’re unsure about the right dosage, consult your healthcare professional. The Expiration Date is on the bottom of each bottle, and it follows this format: (EXP: MM/YYYY). (EXP = Expiration Date, M = Month, Y = Year). The bottle comes with a plastic seal around the neck of the bottle and a seal over the opening.
